National Professional Qualifications (NPQ)

Exceed Teaching Schools, via its Leadership Campus at Horton Grange Primary School, is proud to be a lead school and licensee for the new National Professional Qualifications (NPQ) in partnership with Carnegie Leaders in Learning and Northern Lights Teaching School Alliance.

We offer four NPQs:

  • National Professional Qualification for Middle Leadership (NPQML) – £1,000 pp. Full scholarship for Bradford and Opportunity Area schools available.
  • National Professional Qualification for Senior Leadership (NPQSL) – £1,300 pp. Full scholarship for Bradford and Opportunity Area schools available.
  • National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH) – £2,400 pp. Full scholarship for Bradford and Opportunity Area schools available.
  • National Professional Qualification for Executive Leadership (NPQEL) – £2,800 pp. Full scholarship for Bradford and Opportunity Area schools available.

Nominate your staff for NPQs for induction in 2017-18, 2018-19 and 2019-20 academic years

Bradford-based schools can download own nomination guidance for fully-funded NPQ programmes here. This includes an offline planning tool for your school’s three year NPQ needs. Once you’ve worked out your needs, please ask your member(s) of staff to complete the relevant application form, below.

Register for 2017-18 NPQs (Induction May/June 2018)

Bradford, as an Opportunity Area, will have access to a DfE fund so schools will be reimbursed for the full costs of the NPQ programme and assessment.

NPQML:

Induction (Bradford hub): 28th June 2018, Horton Grange Primary School, 13:00-16:00. Complete this application form ASAP

Induction (Bradford Hub): December 2018, Cottingley Village Primary School. Complete this application form ASAP

NPQSL:

Induction (Keighley hub): 18th June 2018, Haworth Primary School, 09:00-12:00. Complete this application form ASAP

NPQH and NPQEL are available direct with Carnegie Leaders. Please complete the associated application form, below.

Bradford, as an Opportunity Area, will have access to a DfE fund so that schools can access NPQs free of charge.
