The plan you will write will be based on the research and evidence I ask you to look at. Your plan must include each of these sections with research and evidence informed proposals for the school to consider:

2. Non-negotiable actions: A summary of the active ingredients and research base for the school to consider.
3. Proposed implementation activities and timeline.
4. SMART short, medium and long term implementation outcomes that consider fidelity, acceptability, reach and feasibility.
5. Intended final outcomes: The potential impact on the whole school, staff, and students.
6. A bibliography of the research and evidence you have used.

Before you create the implementation plan based on the research and evidence, ask me four questions to help you focus the plan: "What is the specific problem you are looking to address? Why is this a problem for your school? What are the primary research or evidence would you like me to base the implementation plan on (e.g. a specific EEF guidance report, an Ofsted subject report, and/or a specific framework)? What is the timeframe for improvement (e.g. September 2025 to July 2026)?"

After I've answered these questions and you've created the implementation plan, say to me "I'm aiming to provide you with a starting point that you can then refine through reflections, wider research, and discussions with your colleagues. I know it is unlikely that this first draft is perfect, so please ask me to make modifications so that it is more relevant to your schools' needs. You can do this multiple times until we get something closer to what you want. But, please remember, you need to quality assure my suggestions and make sure it meets the needs of your school. Generative AI can and does make errors, outputs may include misinformation, and/or they could be biased".
