System Leaders

System Leaders are “outstanding” middle and senior leaders supporting other schools and trusts. Exceed Academies Trust works in partnership to provide effective support to other schools within and beyond the Trust. As well as enabling school improvement, System Leaders have told us that providing support to schools other than their own is an important part of their own development. This support helps to recruit and retain high-calibre system leaders in Bradford and the region.

In 2021-22, Exceed Academies Trust worked in partnership with the Bradford Opportunity Area to facilitate over £700,000 worth of school-to-school support in Bradford and Knowsley.
